About the installation
How much mess does the installation make?
Very little. We remove the old unit, fit the new one and take the packaging with us. Most jobs are done in 60–180 minutes.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for both the measurement and the installation. The measurement takes around 10 minutes; we agree the installation date at that visit.
What if my window is an unusual shape or very large?
We have done sloped roof windows, full-height balcony doors and bathroom windows. Panes outside our standard range are quoted individually — send us a photo.
Will my cat actually use it?
Almost always, and usually faster than owners expect. Fitting it low and at a spot the cat already walks past helps.
Can I see work near me?
Ask us. After around a thousand installations a year across every canton, there is usually something close by.
