How much mess does the installation make?
u003cpu003eVery little. We remove the old unit, fit the new one and take the packaging with us. Most jobs are done in 60–180 minutes.u003c/pu003e
Do I need to be home?
u003cpu003eYes, for both the measurement and the installation. The measurement takes around 10 minutes; we agree the installation date at that visit.u003c/pu003e
What if my window is an unusual shape or very large?
u003cpu003eWe have done sloped roof windows, full-height balcony doors and bathroom windows. Panes outside our standard range are quoted individually — send us a photo.u003c/pu003e
Will my cat actually use it?
u003cpu003eAlmost always, and usually faster than owners expect. Fitting it low and at a spot the cat already walks past helps.u003c/pu003e
