Many of our customers rent. So instead of modifying the pane that belongs to your landlord, we measure it, manufacture a replacement insulated glass unit with the same or better thermal and acoustic performance, and fit the cat door into that.
Your original pane is removed intact, wrapped and packed for storage. When you move out, it goes straight back in.

I rent. Will my landlord have a problem with this?
This is exactly what our method is designed for. Your existing pane is never cut — it is removed intact, packaged and stored, and can go back in when you move out.
Do you only work with glass?
Glass is most of what we do, but we also fit cat doors into wooden doors, metal and PVC panels, and straight through an exterior wall.
How long does the whole thing take?
The measurement appointment takes about 10 minutes. Manufacturing the glass takes 2–3 weeks, and the installation itself is usually 60–180 minutes.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the pane and the cat door you choose. The calculator gives you an all-inclusive estimate in under a minute, confirmed as a binding fixed price at the measurement.
Do you work in my canton?
We install throughout Switzerland and in Liechtenstein. Travel is included in the price wherever you are.
